Albarella Dance Summer Course is an international dance event presented in its first edition for students, professional dancers and teachers. Developed as a dance study-holiday summer camp, it aims through classes, workshops and master classes with international guest teachers to refine and enrich the technical and artistic aspects of the participants.
The study program will take place from the 8th to the 13th of July 2019.
There will be different levels of dance classes depending on each participant's personal experience and it will provide different styles: ballet, neoclassical, contemporary and modern.
Beyondance wants to sustain the Arts of Dance and Ballet, as a real and deep way in order to pass on strong emotions.
We are BEYONDANCE. Beyond because we want to go beyond. Beyond superficiality, beyond dance.
The location where the event will take place is Albarella Island, situated in the lagoon south of Venice, in the heart of the Po Delta Nature Park, connected to the mainland by a bridge.

We have chosen Albarella Island because is an ideal place ideal for a completely relaxing environment far from the daily routine where we can focus on nature, sea, dance, music and sports.
Close contact with nature, with wild animals, tranquillity and silence are the essential ingredients for a peaceful and relaxing holiday on the island of Albarella.
The island covers an area of 528 hectares covered by Mediterranean scrubland, with 2 million trees and 150 different tree species, including cluster pine and white poplar, also known as “Populus Alba”, from which the island takes its name.
100% of the surface area of the island, both terrestrial and aquatic, is under strict environmental protection.
The island is the natural habitat of deer, pheasants, hares, herons, marsh harriers, stilt plovers and little egrets.
We protect the well-being found here by limiting access to the island. The point of entry is closed by a barrier and only those with a special pass may enter.
Long 3.5 km and wide 1.5 km, the island is a perfect place for everyone. A true oasis of relaxation and a real get away from the daily routine.
With the maximum limit of 30 km/h for all the vehicles, on the island the best is to travel by bicycle, making it a quiet place, without pollution or dangers related to the circulation of cars.
Beyondance offers a special service agreed with the Island. There will be three different accommodation options: only accommodation and breakfast, half board and all inclusive. All of them will make the participants experience a sharing environment like in the american campus communities.
On the Island there are two large stretches of free beach and three private beaches, well equipped with beach umbrellas, sun beds, deckchairs, bar and restaurants.
Capo Nord Hotel is surrounded by the lush greenery of the Maquis scrubland in the northern part of the island. Built recently in a modern style and design is the ideal context to enjoy Albarella at its best.
Situated next to the beach with an extremely fine sand, the hotel reserves special offers agreed with BEYONDANCE, two-room apartments and maisonnettes.

Located on the beach, is the heart and soul of the summer life of Albarella. Inside the Centro Sportivo there is the only restaurant on the Island that overlooks the beach; it offers a self-service buffet at lunch time and for dinner the choice of a pizzeria or restaurant with an а la carte menu specializing in sea-food and meat dishes; there is a bar service at the swimming pool and a discotheque on the beach.
There are four swimming pools and one of them is an Olympic size, which are free for the guests.
There is a spacious entertainment arena that in the past has hosted well known music artists and where a variety of shows are performed ranging from cabaret to theatre and children’s shows to dance exhibitions.
The sport and leisure team entertains children, teenagers and adults with games, sporting tournaments, water gym, fitness and equipped gym and possible events and parties.
It is possible as well to play beach volley, tennis, football, as well as swimming , windsurf, diving, horse riding and archery.

The Island of Albarella is situated within the Po Delta Nature Reserve, between Chioggia (30km.) and Comacchio (45km.), in the municipality of Rosolina in the county of Rovigo.
Beyondance organizes transportation to the Island for all the participants attending the entire week.
