Albarella Dance Summer Course is an international dance event presented in its first edition for students, professional dancers and teachers. Developed as a dance study-holiday summer camp, it aims through classes, workshops and master classes with international guest teachers to refine and enrich the technical and artistic aspects of the participants.
The study program will take place from the 8th to the 13th of July 2019.
There will be different levels of dance classes depending on each participant's personal experience and it will provide different styles: ballet, neoclassical, contemporary and modern.
Beyondance wants to sustain the Arts of Dance and Ballet, as a real and deep way in order to pass on strong emotions.

According to article 13 of the Gdpr 2016/679 we therefore provide you with the following information: Personal data requested at the time of application for participation in the institutional activities of the SSD BEYONDANCE A R.L. as registered athlete and registered member, may be: name, surname, age, place and date of birth, address of residence, sex, social security number, details of the identification document, telephone number, email address, dance school of origin etc.1.FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO: These data will be processed in accordance with the law and will be processed for the following purposes: IN RELATION TO THE LEGAL, FISCAL, INSURANCE AND STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS: A) To comply with the obligations established by law, regulations, federal documents and community legislation, as well as by the instructions issued by CONI; B) To fulfill the obligations established by law, by sports regulations and by the provisions issued by the Authorities legitimated by the law; C) To proceed with the registration of members of SSD BEYONDANCE A R.L. , including payment and collection of membership fees, fees, insurance and registration fees; 2.HOW TO PROCESS THE COMMON PERSONAL DATA: the processing of personal data takes place manually or through computerized and telematic tools, with pre-established processing and organization logics and in any case in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the same in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures planned by regulations in force. 3. TO WHOM COMMON PERSONAL DATA ARE COMMUNICATED: The data will be communicated to CONI Servizi S.p.a. , through O.P.E.S. , Sports Promotion Organization recognized by CONI, to proceed with the registration procedure for the CONI athletes register, as well as for the related insurance and registration procedures with the sports promotion body and may be made aware of the internal administrative staff of the association for the registration of the same, as well as external administrative and legal advice offices for the current year. We also inform you that the data of the client / registered athlete and member and / or legal guardian and the information related to their activity can be communicated with appropriate procedures to software service providers also operating outside the national territory (even outside the EU) . 4. REQUIREMENT OF DATA TRANSFER: The provision of personal data is mandatory for the purposes described in this statement at the points (A), (B), (C) and is strictly necessary for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks and is therefore indispensable prerequisite to allow the activities of the SSD BEYONDANCE A RL to be carried out . Any refusal to provide personal data or to sign the consent required for the processing of the same will result like a non-registration or participation in the institutional activities of the SSD BEYONDANCE A R.L. .

SENSITIVE DATA: The treatment of data concerning the health status of athletes, in case they want to play competitive sports and non-competitive, to deliver to the association a medical certificate that demonstrates its suitability. The treatment that will be done on such sensitive data, within the limits indicated by the General Authorization of the Guarantor, has the only purpose of allowing the sports club to comply with the rules prescribed by the Ministry of Health for the health protection of competitive and non-competitive sports activities.
6. HOW THE SENSITIVE DATA ARE TREATED: The processing of such sensitive data will be done using manual, computerized and telematic tools and to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same in compliance with current legislation. 7. TO WHOM SENSITIVE DATA ARE COMMUNICATED: The data in question may be communicated only to sports organizations operating under the aegis of CONI, to the relevant Insurance Agency and to legal or tax advisors used by the SSD BEYONDANCE A R.L. . 8. OBLIGATORY OF DATA TRANSFER We inform you that the transfer of these sensitive data is mandatory for the purposes described in this statement at the points (A) (B) (C). Refusing to provide these data implies the non-registration as athletes in the National Register of Associations and Amateur Sports Societies.

IN REPORT TO THE NEED OF PROFILING AND COMMUNICATING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SSD: Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: E) for the achievement of the common statutory institutional activities, which are the most suitable activities for registered members; F) to propose the most suitable activities for registered members. G) for the purposes of functional promotion to the activity of the association, such as the promotion of sports, cultural, social promotion initiatives, sending any publications or newsletters. H) for the organization of activities aimed at promoting, disseminating, improving the technique of athletes in the amateur and youth sectors, as well as for research, studies and related statistical analyzes for the promotion of the aforementioned disciplines and for the search for funds and sponsorships; I) for purposes related to events organized by our amateur sports society that promotes culture, sport and the practice of all dances and their spreading, which supports the study of dance, the well-being of the person, social integration to the internal of the institutional aims expressed in the Statute.
10. CONSERVATION TIME Personal data are kept for the entire duration of the subscription/registration and/or mandate relationship and, in the case of revocation and / or other type of termination, within the prescription terms indicated in art. 2220 of the Civil Code. As aforementioned, we wish to inform you in advance that the treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of the members, in contexts that absolutely do not compromise the decorum and personal dignity. In compliance with the regulations established by the legislative decree of 30 June 2003 n. 196. The processing of data will also be respectful of the limits established by the Regulation for the processing of sensitive and judicial data prepared with D.M. n. 305 of 7.12.2006 and published in the Official Gazette no. 11 of 15.1.2007 and of GDPR 679/2016. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1-In order to participate, it is necessary to fill in the online form and it is obligatory to accept the general conditions of participation available on the website. It is required the payment of the application fee and insurance coverage of €30 as well as the payment of 50% of the chosen package and a copy of the application form. (The final payment must be made NOT LATER THAN THE 30th OF JUNE 2019.)
2-Participants are requested to attach to the application form a medical certificate to attest good physical health for a non-competitive activity and to dance. It is not possible to take part at the summer course without a medical approvals ended by e-mail or delivered the day before of the beginning of the classes.
3-WE DO NOT ALLOW participants to take part at the summer course without giving the requested documentation or the final payment.
4-For the under-age participants, the application form has to be endorsed by a parent or legal guardian.
5- The deposit and the final payment will not be returned in case of non-participation or the impossibility to finish the course. Only in the case of a severe injury, the organization will refund for the classes not attended.
6- By accepting this Regulation, the subscriber releases Beyondance from any responsibility in case of theft or damage to people or their property, however caused, either auditors and participants, both during classes and during other activities as well as free time, exonerated from any civil and criminal liability inherent and consequent to the participation at the event, and relieved of any responsibility related to the physical fitness of all participants and any injuries.
7-Participants, and if underage parental authority, are personally responsible for any damage caused to the host structures, with the exclusion of any responsibility for the organizers, who do not assume any obligation of custody.
8- The program of study activities may vary, in the event of an insufficient number of participants, the courses could be reduced, unified or even cancelled.
9-Teachers can choose the level of the participants and move them to a different group according to their ability.
10-The organizers reserve the right to change teachers or artists in case of illness or other unavoidable causes.
11-Filming and taking photos is strictly prohibited during all the events organized by S.S.D. Beyondance. The management has the right to use the photographic and audiovisual material produced.
12- During and outside the teaching hours organized by Beyondance, the management are exempt from any liability and obligation to supervise underage participants.
13- The organization has no responsibility for the movement of the participant on the island, before, during and after the courses.
14- To be accepted into the course with the discount for professional dancers, the participant must demonstrate to have worked with a professional dance company for more than a year.
15- The final program of the lessons can be published until the week before the beginning of the summer course.
16- It is necessary to provide the consent to the processing of data (privacy policy).

By registering for the Summer Course, this regulation is accepted in its entirety by the participants.
